31 January 2012 - Internet performance issues - RESOLVED

Some customers may be experiencing degraded internet performance, such as poor internet speed, packet loss or high latency.

Technicians are currently working on the problem and expect it to be resolved within 12-24 hours.

Update 1st Feb 2012 - The problem should be resolved now. Please let us know if you are still having issues.
